目的 分析锁定钛板内固定用于不稳定肩胛骨骨折治疗中的临床疗效.方法 选取67例不稳定肩胛骨骨折患者作为研究对象,均实施锁定钛板内固定治疗,观察患者手术指标、手术效果,比较患者治疗前后疼痛程度.结果 患者平均手术时间为(76.35±10.38)min,平均出血量为(103.51±15.67)ml,治疗优良率为94.03％(63/67),治疗期间未出现严重并发症;治疗后,患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(2.59±0.61)分,低于治疗前的(7.23±1.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 锁定钛板内固定用于不稳定肩胛骨骨折治疗中效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进骨折快速愈合,值得临床应用.
