目的了解徐州市国家公务员疲劳状况,促进公务员健康水平。方法采用疲劳量表分层整群抽取1 607名不同级别徐州市国家公务员作为研究对象,并对问卷进行统计分析。结果在疲劳问卷总分及三维度得分上,厅局级疲劳得分最高,依次为处级、科员,最低得分为科级干部,差异有统计学意义。不同职务群体在疲劳问卷总分及三维度均值多重比较上,科员与科级干部相比较差异有统计学意义,在神经感官疲劳上科级与厅局级差异有统计学意义。结论公务员疲劳程度随着年龄的增长都呈现出逐渐加重的趋势。处级、厅局级疲劳较重,尤其是厅局级干部在神经感官上疲劳程度重,应该引起重视,提示定期体检和改变不良生活与行为方式对消除疲劳危险因素具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the state of fatigue of civil servants in Xuzhou and to promote the health of civil servants. Methods A total of 1 607 state civil servants of different levels in Xuzhou City were drawn by stratified cluster using the fatigue scale as the research object, and the statistical analysis of the questionnaire was made. Results In the total scores of the fatigue questionnaire and the three-dimensional score, the bureau-level fatigue scores were highest, followed by division-level and department-level officials, with the lowest score being department-level cadres, the difference was statistically significant. Different job groups in fatigue questionnaire total scores and three-dimensional mean multiple comparison, Section staff and section-level cadres, compared with the difference was statistically significant, neurosensory fatigue at the upper level and departmental bureau level differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The degree of fatigue of civil servants shows a gradual increase with age. At the departmental level and departmental bureau level, the fatigue is heavier. In particular, departmental cadres’ level of fatigue on the neurosensory organs should be taken seriously. It is suggested that regular physical examination and the change of unhealthy life and behavior are of great significance to eliminate the risk factors of fatigue.
