目的:对《中国医院制剂规范》西药制剂第二版中磺胺甲噁唑的含量测定方法进行改进。方法:利用重氮化反应、使 用指示剂指示终点的滴定法。结果:含量测定方法的平均回收率为99.6％,RSD=0.7％。结论:改进后的方法简便、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method for the determination of sulfamethoxazole in the second edition of the “Specification of Chinese Hospital Preparations”. Methods: Diazotization using the indicator, indicating the endpoint titration. Results: The average recovery of the assay was 99.6%, RSD = 0.7%. Conclusion: The improved method is simple and accurate.
