本研究采集宿州某矿区土壤及周围农田土壤,测定土壤的理化性质,结合平板培养和Biolog微生物检测系统培养技术,分析土壤可培养土壤微生物菌群数、AWCD值、碳源代谢强度、微生物的丰富度指数等.结果表明,矿区矸石场微生物土壤中微生物菌群数最少;农田微生物的碳源代谢强度最大,三者对糖类、酯类利用率基本一致,农田土壤对胺类、酸类、醇类的利用率差异较显著;矿区生活区土壤微生物略小于农田土壤微生物的碳源代谢强度,但其趋势基本一致.
In this study, we collected soil and surrounding farmland soil in a mining area in Suzhou, and determined the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Combined with plate culture and Biolog microbial detection system culture technology, we analyzed soil microbial flora, AWCD value, carbon source metabolism, Degree index, etc. The results show that the microbial flora in the waste rock field has the least microbial biomass, the carbon source metabolism intensity is the highest in the farmland microorganisms, the three are basically the same in utilization rate of sugar and ester, The difference of alcohol utilization rate was significant. The soil microorganisms in the mining area were slightly less than those of the soil microorganisms in the farmland, but the trends were basically the same.
