HIV所致的口腔环境改变和口腔损害发病机制仍不清楚。存在于口腔的代谢产物是由宿主和微生物产生的,分析口腔代谢物特征,将有助于进一步探明HIV感染相关口腔疾病发病机制及发现新的疾病状态的诊断靶标。本文将就近年来国内外有关HIV感染者口腔代谢组学的相关研究进行综述,旨在了解HIV口腔代谢产物特征及其与疾病进展、HAART使用的相关性。
The changes in the oral environment caused by HIV and the pathogenesis of oral lesions remain unclear. The metabolites present in the oral cavity are produced by the host and microorganisms. Analyzing the characteristics of oral metabolites will help to further identify the pathogenesis of oral diseases associated with HIV infection and to identify diagnostic targets for new disease states. In this paper, we reviewed the recent researches on oral metabolomics of HIV-infected people at home and abroad to understand the characteristics of oral metabolites of HIV and its correlation with disease progression and the use of HAART.
