乡镇企业作为我国农村工业化的直接产物,在吸纳农村富余劳动力就业,推动农村经济社会发展等方面具有不可替代的作用。但由各种原因导致的乡镇企业劳动关系的不和谐已经影响了乡镇企业的持续健康发展。厘清乡镇企业不和谐劳动关系的种种表现,剖析其产生的原因,进而找到构建乡镇企业和谐劳动关系的对策,具有突出的理论和现实意义。
As a direct product of China’s rural industrialization, township and village enterprises play an irreplaceable role in absorbing employment of surplus rural labor force and promoting rural economic and social development. However, the disharmony between the labor relations of township and village enterprises caused by various reasons has affected the sustained and healthy development of township and village enterprises. Clarifying the various manifestations of the discordant labor relations of township and village enterprises, analyzing the causes of them and finding the countermeasures of building harmonious labor relations among township and village enterprises have prominent theoretical and practical significance.
