对178 例糖耐量低减者(IGT) 进行3 年的复查随访。结果发现3 年后有35.96 % 转化为DM,餐后2 小时血糖、体重指数、舒张压高是IGT转化DM 的危险因素,体力活动量增加可减缓IGT 向DM 的转化。而餐后2 小时血糖较低可促使IGT向糖耐量正常转化
Three-year follow-up of 178 patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) were performed. The results showed that 35.96% of the patients were converted to DM after 3 years. Postprandial blood glucose, body mass index, and diastolic blood pressure were risk factors for IGT conversion to DM. An increase in physical activity slowed the conversion of IGT to DM. A lower blood glucose level 2 hours after a meal can promote normal conversion of IGT to glucose tolerance
