目的研究广藿香挥发油对缺血-再灌注大鼠肠屏障功能的保护作用。方法采用肢体缺血-再灌注模型,观察肠上皮组织形态、肠黏液分泌量及肠黏膜肥大细胞数目,检测血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠肠黏膜结构损伤明显,肠黏液分泌量明显减少(P<0.01),肥大细胞数目明显增多(P<0.01),血浆DAO活性降低(P<0.01)。广藿香挥发油能显著提高肠黏液分泌量(P<0.01),能显著减少肥大细胞数目(P<0.05、0.01),并能降低血浆DAO活性(P<0.05、0.01),减轻肠黏膜上皮结构的损伤。结论广藿香挥发油对缺血-再灌注损伤的肠屏障功能的保护作用机制与增加肠黏液分泌量,减少肠黏膜肥大细胞数目,降低DAO活性并维持正常的肠黏膜上皮结构有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of patchouli essential oil on gut barrier function in ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods The limb ischemia-reperfusion model was used to observe the morphous of intestinal epithelium, the amount of intestinal mucus and the number of intestinal mucosa mast cells, and the activity of plasma diamine oxidase (DAO) was detected. Results Compared with the control group, the injury of intestinal mucosa in model group was obvious, the secretion of intestinal mucus was significantly decreased (P <0.01), the number of mast cells was significantly increased (P <0.01) and the activity of plasma DAO was decreased (P <0.01). The volatile oil of Pogostemon cablin could significantly increase the intestinal mucus secretion (P <0.01), decrease the number of mast cells (P <0.05, 0.01), decrease the plasma DAO activity (P <0.05, 0.01) Damage. Conclusions The protective mechanism of volatile oils from patchouli on intestinal barrier function of ischemia-reperfusion injury is related to increasing the secretion of intestinal mucus, reducing the number of intestinal mucosa, decreasing the activity of DAO and maintaining the normal intestinal epithelial structure.
