随着特区内外经济环境的变化和公司的发展,深圳经济特区发展公司也面临着许多问题。如公司企业众多,尤其是二级公司数量多,形成管理幅度过宽,信息反馈缓慢的局面,在一定程度上影响了总公司的指挥调度能力;总公司多元化发展,各下属企业也呈多元化发展趋势,行业交叉,专业化管理不好开展;行业发展比例不尽合理,工业所占比重偏低;个别重大项目投资迟迟不能回收,积压了较大一笔资金,影响了公司的发展,等等,使多元化经营的优势未能得到充分发挥。目前,特区建设已经进入第二个十年,为使特发公司作出更大的贡献,应继续深化改革,切实加强企业管理,理顺关系,提高效益。根据特发公司的实际,今后应抓好以下几方面的工作:
