兴趣是个人力求接触和认识某种事物的一种意识倾向,能对人的活动产生动力作用。由此可见,兴趣和职业的选择有着较为密切的内在联系。为了解卫生防疫专业人员的职业兴趣,进一步加强卫生防疫站的建设和管理,本文对八个县级卫生防疫机构专业技术人员的职业兴趣进行了调查,根据调查情况,谈点粗浅的看法。 Interest is a kind of ideological tendency of individuals seeking to contact and understand certain things, and can have a dynamic effect on people’s activities. It can be seen that the choice of interests and occupations has a close internal connection. In order to understand the professional interests of health and epidemic prevention professionals and further strengthen the construction and management of health and epidemic prevention stations, this article investigates the occupational interests of the professional technicians of the eight county-level health and anti-epidemic agencies. Based on the investigation, the paper discusses superficial views.
