目的:建立清利通胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(4.6×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(32:78);流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为238nm;柱温为25℃。结果:栀子苷浓度在0.0300~0.3025μg.mL-1(r=0.9996)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.14%,RSD值为2.02%,规定清利通胶囊中栀子苷含量不低于5.7mg.g-1。结论:该方法简便、可靠、灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可用于清利通胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of jasminoidin in Qinglitong capsules. Methods: A Diamonsil C18 (4.6×150mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (32:78). The flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 238nm. The column temperature was 25°C. Results: The geniposide concentration was in a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0300-0.3025 μg.mL-1 (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 100.14% and the RSD was 2.02%. The content of glucosides is not less than 5.7 mg.g-1. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, sensitive, specific and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of geniposide in Qinglitong Capsule.
