石门拱坝是国内已建成的中孔泄洪拱坝中孔口面积最大和孔口数目最多的一座,且坝址处河谷较窄,泄洪的单宽流量及水头都比较大.至今已经运行了十五年,经历了设计洪水的考验,下游冲刷的原型观测取得了一定的成果.褒河流域于一九八一年八月发生了千年一遇的洪水,下泄流量超过了设计流量,护坦冲刷被淘、下游冲刷加刷、电站尾水池淤积.为研究二期护坦的加固及电站尾水渠防淤措施,委托南京水科院进行了整体水工模型试验.本文借此原型成果及整体模拟试验来分析探讨中孔泄洪的冲刷过程及其冲刷破坏机理,预测其发展趋势,以保证大坝安全运行.
