在世界全球一体化的今天,企业的竞争实质上就是人的竞争,所以人力资源的管理是企业管理的重要组成部分。培训又是人力资源管理的重要环节,是企业增强实力的重要途径。因为社会在发展、科技在创新,新技术、新工艺、新知识要求员工的专业知识与业务水平在不断地提高,因此企业只有在不断地进行员工培训才能使企业的人力、物力、财力得到有机地整合。但是目前许多企业在抓生产、抓效益的同时,却忽略了这一重要理念,认为培训是花架子、是不务实的重要表现,所以笔者想根据自己实际工作经验谈谈员工培训过程中常见的问题与误区,并且就这问题提出几点解决的对策,希望有助于企业今后人力资源管理工作的提高。

Therefore, I would like to talk about the common problems in the process of employee training according to my actual working experience And misunderstandings, and put forward some solutions to this problem, hoping to help improve the future of human resources management.
