马鞍山钢铁设计研究院研究开发的“加热炉余热利用和减少炉底管”研究成果通过部级鉴定。专家们认为,该项成果已达到主题预期目标,技术上先进,节能效果显著,居国内领先地位。对进一步提高加热炉热工水平、降低能源消耗,具有普遍的指导意义和推广价值。 该项成果在上海等地十几个厂家的20多台加热炉上应用效果表明:加热炉排烟温度降至200~300℃,余热回收率提高到50℃以上,水冷管热损失减至5~7%,加热炉热效率可达60~70%,节能率15~20%,经济效益显著。

The results in Shanghai and other places more than a dozen manufacturers of more than 20 heating furnace application shows that: furnace exhaust temperature dropped to 200 ~ 300 ℃, waste heat recovery rate increased to 50 ℃ above, water cooling pipe heat loss reduced to 5 ~ 7%, heating furnace thermal efficiency up to 60 ~ 70%, energy saving rate of 15 ~ 20%, significant economic benefits.
