在我国,随着人民物质生活水平的不断提高,人民的精神生活需求也越来越强烈,我国推行博物馆惠民政策、实施博物馆免费开放以来,越来越多的人走进博物馆,作为博物馆与社会大众之间桥梁的讲解员,也因此被推到了越来越重要的位置上。讲解员的讲解服务质量,不仅体现着一个博物馆的积淀与档次,也昭示着一个城市、一个地区乃至一个国家的文化建设成就,讲解员成为了地区文化宣传的名片。本文从讲解的表情、仪态、语言、措辞等方面阐述了讲解员在讲解服务中的各种技巧,以期抛砖引玉,供博物馆从业者参考。
