将病兔主要病变组织混悬液,分别接种家兔、金仓鼠、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、鸡等6种动物。结果家兔均急性发病死亡,且有典型症状和病理变化。另5种动物在接种后10天内均不发病,剖检后亦无巨观病变,但在显微镜下除豚鼠及鸡外,其余几种动物组织脏器均有一定的病理变化,以仓鼠、小鼠更为明显。兹报道如下: 材料与方法病毒株:SIBP—1株,病兔的肝、脾、肺、胃等混合组织的10倍稀释上清液。一部份作三抗处理,一部份用EK滤板过滤。经培养证明无菌后,按不同途径(口服、皮下、腹腔、鼻腔、同室饲养观察空气感染),分别接种家兔(10只)、豚鼠(8只)、鸡(8只)、金黄仓鼠(8只)、大鼠(8只),小鼠(8只),并各用2只空白对照饲养于另室。
