1997年,我们总公司以市场为导向,强化企业经营管理,在市场竞争激烈的环境下,努力求生存求发展,做了一定的工作,取得了一定成效。全年实现营业收入20537万元,超额完成了省贸易厅下达的销售额2亿元的目标任务,实现利润总额105万元,超额完成省贸易厅下达的100万元利润目标任务,一年来,我们在深化改革,扩大购销,分析研究市场,加强企业各项管理方面做了一些努力,主要做法是: 一、进一步明确主营业务的经营策略与方向。一是牢牢抓住总公司三大支柱产业,集中力量抓好食糖、酒类和物业的经营,以奠定公司生存和发展的物质基础;二是适时调整经营策略和经营方式,争取主营业务批发上规模,实行联购分销,分销联销;三是稳定和扩大购销渠道,拓展新的销售网络,重点做好扩销工作,将主要精力、人力放在扩销上;四是不断扩大总经销、总代理业务,除争取名酒厂家总经销、总代理外,还不断争取一些新的总经销总代理业务;五是重视抓好品牌的经营。

We did a certain job and achieved certain results. Throughout the year, it achieved an operating income of RMB 205.37 million, over-achieved the target of RMB 200 million in sales made by the Provincial Trade Department, realized a total profit of RMB 1.05 million, and over-achieved the RMB 1 million profit target mission set by the Provincial Department of Trade. We have made some efforts to deepen reforms, expand purchases and sales, analyze the research market, and strengthen corporate management. The main approaches are: 1. Further clarify the business strategy and direction of the main business. Firstly, it firmly grasps the three pillar industries of the head office and concentrates on the management of sugar, alcohol, and property to lay the material foundation for the survival and development of the company. Second, it timely adjusts its business strategies and operating methods to strive for its main business. The scale of wholesale, the implementation of the joint purchase distribution, distribution and sales; the third is to stabilize and expand the purchase and sales channels, expand new sales network, focus on doing well in the expansion of the work, the main energy, human resources on the expansion of sales; Fourth, continue to expand the total Distribution, general agent business, in addition to fighting for the total distribution of wine manufacturers, general agents, but also continue to fight for some new total distribution agency business; Fifth is to focus on doing a good job brand management.
