一、前言回收低温余热是冶金工厂,特别是高炉降低综合能耗的重要课题之一。鞍钢九座高炉,30余座热风炉,单位时间的煤气耗量65万米~3/时左右,每天排出200℃的低温烟气约2500万米~3,其余热含量约1600×10~6千卡/日。若能回收其中部分余热用以预热空气或煤气,对能源紧缺的鞍钢提高风温、降低能耗无疑将有较大的现实意义。为此,研制了大型气—气式钢·水热管换热器并于1983年10月在9号高炉(983米~3)热风炉上应用获得成功。
