在课堂教学中,评价不仅是对学生学习成果和过程的判别式鉴定,更是促进学生动力提升的推进器。教师要在课堂教学中努力锤炼自身的语言,尤其是自身的评价语言,在方式上求多样,在方法上求创新,为提高课堂教学效益添砖加瓦。一、评价要真诚准确,以点带面阅读教学中,教师的评价语言切忌形式主义的一“好”到底,长期统一模式的评价语言会使得学生质疑教师评价的真诚性,产生教师并不是真正表扬自己,而是随口一说的误解。教师应该真诚聆听学生的每一句发言,根据学生回答的内容
In classroom teaching, evaluation is not only a discriminant identification of students ’learning outcomes and processes, but also a propeller to promote students’ motivation. Teachers should try hard to exercise their own language in classroom teaching, especially their own evaluation language.
