目的观察参七虫草胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA表达的影响,以探讨其对COPD气道炎症的作用。方法清洁级Wistar大鼠20只随机分为四组(即空白对照组、COPD模型组、参七虫草胶囊组、金水宝组(后三组为药物组),每组5只。采用香烟熏加脂多糖(LPS)气管滴入制作大鼠COPD模型。药物组分别在造模前4周开始用药,造模后4周结束实验,观察TNF-αmRNA的表达。结果COPD模型组TNF-αmRNA表达增强,空白对照组正常表达,参七虫草胶囊组表达与空白对照组的基本相同,金水宝组表达增强。结论参七虫草胶囊对COPD气道炎症有调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Cordyceps Capsule on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) mRNA in rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to explore its effect on COPD airway inflammation. Methods Twenty Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly divided into four groups (ie, blank control group, COPD model group, Shenqi Cordyceps capsule group, Jinshuibao group (the latter three groups are drug groups), 5 in each group. Rat COPD model was established by instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) into the rat’s trachea. Drug administration began 4 weeks before model establishment, and the experiment was terminated 4 weeks after model establishment to observe the expression of TNF-α mRNA.Results The expression of TNF-α mRNA was increased in COPD model group. Normal expression in the blank control group, expression in the Shenqi Cordyceps capsule group was basically the same as that in the blank control group, and the expression in the Jinshuibao group was increased.Conclusion Shenqi Cordyceps capsule has an effect on the regulation of COPD airway inflammation.
