目的探讨职业病诊断机构质量管理存在的问题,为做好相关工作提供参考。方法分析福建省职业病诊断机构质量管理存在的问题,提出对策。结果目前职业病诊断机构涉及到不同的机构类型,由于人员、仪器设备等资源配置的差异,以及长期以来各自所形成的职业病诊断管理模式,规范化管理面临一系列管理与技术方面的难点。结论采取综合措施加强职业病诊断质量控制,促使职业病诊断机构诊断工作的规范化。
Objective To explore the problems existing in the quality management of occupational disease diagnosis organizations and to provide reference for the related work. Methods To analyze the problems existing in quality management of occupational disease diagnosis institutions in Fujian Province and put forward countermeasures. Results At present, the occupational disease diagnosis organizations involve different types of institutions. Due to the differences in personnel, equipment and other resource allocation, as well as their respective diagnosis and management models of occupational diseases, standardized management faces a series of management and technical difficulties. Conclusion The comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the quality control of diagnosis of occupational diseases and promote the standardization of the diagnosis of occupational disease diagnosis institutions.
