目的:探讨用不同浓度的骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢雌性模型大鼠RANKL、E2水平及股骨BMC的影响。方法:选取3月龄雌性SD大鼠72只,随机分为6组:低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、雌激素组、假手术组和正常组。去卵巢造模成功后予灌胃,并于造模成功后即刻、3个月、6个月每组处死4只大鼠,测定血清RANKL、E2水平,测定右股骨BMC。结果用SPSS17.0软件进行数据分析。结果:治疗6个月后,各治疗组及雌激素组与造模即刻时大鼠血清RANKL水平相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。雌激素与治疗组、假手术组及正常组E2水平有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各治疗组及雌激素组与造模即刻时BMC相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补总黄酮可提高去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠BMC、降低血清RANKL水平,但不能提高血清E2水平。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different concentrations of total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae on the levels of RANKL, E2 and femoral BMC in ovariectomized female rats. Methods: Seventy-two 3-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group, estrogen group, sham operation group and normal group. Ovariectomized rats were given intragastric administration after successful injection. Four rats in each group were sacrificed at 3 months and 6 months after successful modeling. Serum RANKL and E2 levels were measured and the right femur BMC was determined. Results SPSS17.0 software for data analysis. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the levels of RANKL in serum of rats in each treatment group and estrogen group were significantly different from those of rats in immediate model group (P <0.05). Estrogen and treatment group, sham operation group and normal group E2 levels were statistically significant (P <0.05). Each treatment group and estrogen group compared with BMC immediately after modeling had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Total Flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae can increase BMC in ovariectomized rats and lower serum RANKL levels, but can not increase serum E2 levels.
