作为一名农村的数学教师,在教学中我渐渐发现一些学生学习目的不明确,学习责任心不强,学习方法欠佳等现象,其中很多学生上课注意力不集中,好动,并伴有一定的厌学情绪。因为正处于初中阶段,自我控制力较差,这种情况变得尤为普遍。而这些学生往往只是因为开始没有跟上教师,后来又没有进行及时辅导所以才自暴自弃的。对此,我们教师需要给予及时鼓励,适时采取措施,转变其学习态度。
As a rural mathematics teacher, I gradually found some students in the teaching of the purpose of learning is not clear, learning responsibility is not strong, poor learning methods and many other phenomena, many of them students inattention, active, and accompanied by a certain Weariness feelings. This situation has become particularly prevalent because of the low self-control in the junior secondary school. These students often gave up on themselves just because they did not keep up with the teachers and later did not provide timely counseling. In response, our teachers need to give timely encouragement, take timely measures to change their attitude towards learning.
