通过冻融循环、拉伸试验研究了冻融作用对碳纤维CFRP锚杆强度、弹性模量、延伸率等基本力学性能及粘结性能的影响,并利用粘结应力—滑移线性回归方法预测冻融循环后CFRP锚杆不同筋材直径、不同锚固长度下滑移值。试验及分析结果证明:CFRP锚杆在冻融循环作用下强度变化、弹性模量、延伸率等变化不大;粘结剂环氧砂浆抗压强度提高13.68%,弹性模量降低约13.8%;冻融循环作用后CFRP锚杆粘结滑移增大,粘结性能降低。
The freeze-thaw cycles and tensile tests were conducted to study the effects of freeze-thaw action on the basic mechanical properties and bonding properties of CFRP anchors, such as the strength, elastic modulus and elongation. The stress-slip linear regression CFRP bolt after the cycle of different reinforcement bar diameter, different anchor length of the slip value. The results of experiment and analysis show that the strength, the modulus of elasticity and the elongation of CFRP anchor bolt have little change under the action of freeze - thaw cycles. The compressive strength of epoxy mortar binder increases by 13.68% and the elastic modulus decreases by about 13.8%. After freeze-thaw cycles, CFRP anchor sticking slip increases, and bonding performance decreases.
