目的:建立中药女贞子生品及不同工艺炮制品的代谢组学分析方法,比较研究其指纹图谱差异,探讨女贞子炮制机制。方法:采用超高效液相-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)及多元统计分析技术对生品及不同工艺炮制品进行指纹图谱差异比较分析。结果:生品和不同炮制品指纹图谱存在明显差异,且鉴定了一个产生差异的化学成分标志物-ligustaloside B,其在女贞子炮制品中的含量高于女贞子生品。结论:UPLC-Q-TOF-MS结合多元统计分析方法可对女贞子药材及其饮片进行质量评价,同时为炮制机制提供了一定依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a metabonomics analysis method of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and its processed products, and to compare the difference of their fingerprints and explore the mechanism of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. Methods: The difference of fingerprints between raw and processed products was analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and multivariate statistical analysis. Results: There were significant differences in the fingerprints of raw products and different processed products, and a different chemical composition marker, -ligustaloside B, was identified, which was higher in Ligustrum lucidum than that of Ligustrum lucidum. Conclusion: UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis methods can be used to evaluate the quality of Ligustrum lucidum medicinal herbs and its decoction pieces, and provide some evidences for the processing mechanism.
