一些高职学生对专业认知模糊,对专业课程缺乏总体认识,导致职业规划意识弱,规划能力低,学习消极被动。在研究影响高职生就业的众多因素中,高职生的专业认知教育对就业有着显著作用。高职专业认知教育方法的研究与实施以及时机的恰当把握,是高职生给自己提前定位、提前熟知专业、提高就业率的重要方面。新生教育在职业院校学生教育中至关重要,影响到学生整个在校阶段的学习、生活和将来职业发展的各个方面。因此,搞好职业院校新生的专业认知教育,能够引导他们尽快融入校园生活,实现中学生到专科生的角色转换,有助于高职生了解所学专业,培养专业兴趣,掌握专业课程的学习方法,规划学业。
