采用酒精分级沉淀法,按芳构化程度高低将土娄土不同层次胡敏酸分成7个级分,并对各级分的性质进行了研究。结果表明,土娄土耕层土壤胡敏酸以级分4为主,占胡敏酸原样的25.20%;粘化层、淀积层胡敏酸以级分1为主,占胡敏酸原样的85%左右。和耕层胡敏酸相比,粘化层、淀积层土壤胡敏酸中颗粒大、芳构化度高的组分多。耕层土壤胡敏酸由A、P、Rp3种类型级分构成,粘化层、淀积层胡敏酸由A、B2种类型级分构成。
Using alcohol fractionation precipitation method, according to the degree of aromatization, the humic acids in different layers of soil were divided into seven fractions, and the properties of each fraction were studied. The results showed that humic acid in soil was mainly composed of fraction 4 and accounted for 25.20% of the humic acid in soil. In the viscous layer, the depositional humic acid was mainly fraction 1, About 85% of the original acid. Compared with tillering humic acid, there are many components in the viscous layer and the sediment layer of soil humic acid with large particles and high degree of aromatization. Soil humic acid in the topsoil is composed of three types of A, P and Rp fractions. The viscous layer and the depositional humic acid are composed of A and B2 types of fractions.
