研究证明,鹿茸中含有多肽。孙晓波等曾报道鹿茸总多肽具有明显的抗炎症作用。我们根据多肽的特性,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)从鹿茸中制备多肽。用HPLC进行分离纯化,得到两种纯多肽(P_1、P_2)。纯化后的P_1、P_2经PTH法鉴定只有一种末端氨基酸,药理实验证明,P_1肽具有抗炎活性,P_2肽无活性。P_1肽的抗炎活性表现在对右旋糖酐性足肿胀和角叉菜胶性足肿胀均有明显抑制作用。本法分离
Studies have shown that velvet contains peptides. Sun Xiaobo et al. reported that the antler peptide has obvious anti-inflammatory effects. We used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to prepare peptides from pilose antler based on the properties of the peptides. Separation and purification by HPLC gave two pure peptides (P_1, P_2). After purification, P_1 and P_2 were identified by PTH method as having only one terminal amino acid. Pharmacological experiments showed that P_1 peptide has anti-inflammatory activity and P_2 peptide has no activity. The anti-inflammatory activity of P_1 peptide was shown to have a significant inhibitory effect on dextran foot swelling and carrageenan foot swelling. Separation of this law
