通过对濮阳县水资源及灌溉现状分析,论述了濮阳县高效节水灌溉存在问题、发展方向及实现濮阳县高效节水的措施。 Based on the analysis of the present situation of water resources and irrigation in Puyang County, the existing problems and development directions of efficient water-saving irrigation in Puyang County and the measures to achieve high efficiency and water saving in Puyang County are discussed.
