目的:探讨儿童良性癫癎的临床与脑电图(EEG)特征。方法:对108例临床明确诊断儿童良性癫癎的患儿进行清醒或睡眠EEG分析。结果:本组患儿EEG显示,棘波或尖波均出现在中央颞区或以颞区为主的部位,清醒时较为局限,入睡后放电频率明显增加,患儿临床发作停止时间要比EEG放电消失的早。结论:儿童良性癫癎是与年龄相关的癫癎综合征,EEG特征对该病诊断有重要价值,及时正确的诊断有助于治疗及判断预后。
Objective: To investigate the clinical and electroencephalographic (EEG) features of benign epilepsy in children. Methods: EEG analysis of 108 cases of clinically diagnosed children with benign epilepsy were performed awake or sleep. Results: The EEG in this group showed that spikes or sharp waves appeared in the central temporal region or in the temporal region. When awake, they were more limited. The frequency of discharge was significantly increased after falling asleep. The clinical onset time of the patients was longer than that of EEG Discharge disappeared early. Conclusion: The children with benign epilepsy are age-related epilepsy syndrome. The characteristics of EEG are of great value in the diagnosis of the disease. A timely and correct diagnosis is helpful for treatment and prognosis.
