目的:探讨64层螺旋CT脑血管成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值。方法:将我院在2013年1月-2015年12月收治的36例临床怀疑颅内动脉瘤自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为研究对象,使用64层螺旋CT进行脑血管成像检查,使用VR、MIP、MPR等技术重组成像,与DSA与手术结果进行比较。结果:36例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中,动脉瘤检出患者28例,正常患者4例,动脉硬化、动脉狭窄患者4例。脑血管成像与DSA和手术结果基本一致。结论:64层螺旋CT脑血管成像能够清晰的显示出颅内动脉瘤的形态、大小、病灶位置、瘤颈,以及与载瘤动脉、邻近血管、骨结构之间的关系,能够快速、准确的诊断,对临床治疗提供了依据,对治疗后的复诊和随诊具有重要的作用。
Objective: To evaluate the value of 64-slice CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Thirty-six patients with clinical suspected intracranial aneurysm spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects. Cerebral vascular imaging was performed using 64-slice spiral CT. VR , MIP, MPR and other technical reconstruction imaging, and DSA and surgical results were compared. Results: Of the 36 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, 28 were detected in aneurysms, 4 were normal, and 4 were atherosclerosis and arterial stenosis. Cerebral angiography is consistent with DSA and surgical findings. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show the morphology, size, lesion location, tumor neck, and the relationship with the parent artery, adjacent blood vessels, bone structure, can be quickly and accurately Diagnosis, provide a basis for clinical treatment, post-treatment referral and follow-up have an important role.
