中式比萨风行杭城上演烧饼神话从去年10月份开始,土家烧饼的创始人晏琳将湖北恩施的土家烧饼引进杭州,烧起了一把火。这种圆圆大大、表面撒了肉末孜然粉的烧饼现身杭州街头,名为“掉渣烧饼”,别号“中国比萨”,每只售价两元。配合“掉渣”这一形象,店主每卖一只烧饼都要赠送一只纸袋,能把掉下来的饼屑一网打尽。烧饼一出,杭城风行,迅速成为学生、家庭主妇,甚至是小资白领的热门食品。买饼要排队,一天能卖3000个。有人形象地称为“20分钟+2元钱=一只烧饼”。
