本实验运用放射免疫测定法和密度梯度法观察了中性粘多糖对蒙古种沙土鼠缺血脑皮层中精氨酸加压素免疫活性物质(ir-AVP)和脑皮层比重的影响。结果显示:脑缺血前10天,每天以胃管给予不同剂量的中性粘多糖(20mg/kg,40mg/kg,80mg/kg)能不同程度地抑制缺血脑皮层中ir—AVP的产生,缺血性脑水肿也相应的改善,且呈剂量依赖关系,为该药治疗缺血性脑血管病提供了新的理论依据。
In this experiment, the effects of neutral mucopolysaccharide on the proportion of arginine vasopressin immunoreactive substance (ir-AVP) and cortex in Mongolian gerbils cerebral cortex were observed by radioimmunoassay and density gradient method. The results showed that the neutral mucopolysaccharides (20mg / kg, 40mg / kg, 80mg / kg) were administered daily to the ischemic cerebral cortex to inhibit the production of ir-AVP in ischemic cortex , Ischemic cerebral edema also improved correspondingly, and in a dose-dependent manner, provided a new theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
