河池市委、市政府以“三确保”实现“三突破”。“三确保”,一是今年全市GDP要确保完成160亿元,力争实现180亿元；二是确保全年财政收入完成20亿元；三是全市规模以上工业确保实现利润6亿元。同时,全市固定资产投资要确保完成80亿元,争取完成90亿元；农民人均纯收入增收200元。为此,要加强三项工作：
