本工作是新方法 ( 1 0 %NH4Cl+ 2 %柠檬酸水溶液 ,<0℃ ,2 5mA/cm2 )电解不仅可以提取Fe Ni Co基和Ni Fe Cr基合金中的GCP相 ,也可适用于Fe Ni Cr基合金中GCP相的电解提取 ,解决了相分析工作者公认的难题。新方法与常规方法 ( 1 0 %H3PO4水溶液 ,2 5℃ ,5mA/cm2 )相比酸度低 ,温度低 ,电流密度适中 ,GCP相的收率高。
This work is a new method (10% NH4Cl + 2% aqueous citric acid, <0 ℃, 25mA / cm2) electrolysis can not only extract the GCP phase in Fe Ni Co and Ni Fe Cr-based alloys, but also for Fe Ni The electrolytic extraction of GCP phase in Cr-based alloys solves the recognized problems of phase analysis workers.
