以一台 D6 114涡轮增压柴油机为研究对象 ,采用了一套带文曲利管的排气再循环系统进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 ,该系统在高工况下能克服平均排气压力低于平均进气压力的困难 ,方便地实现排气再循环。研究了在不同工况下柴油机的 NOx 排放、烟度和比油耗随 EGR率的变化规律以及 EGR的冷却效果对 NOx 排放的影响
Taking a D6 114 turbocharged diesel engine as the research object, a set of exhaust gas recirculation system with a Venturi tube was used for the experimental study. The test results show that the system can overcome the difficulty that the average exhaust pressure is lower than the average intake pressure under high operating conditions and facilitate the exhaust gas recirculation. The effects of NOx emission, smoke level and specific fuel consumption with EGR rate and the cooling effect of EGR on NOx emission of diesel engine under different operating conditions were studied
