入职培训是新员工步入职场的第一课,培训效果如何不仅牵涉新员工的职业发展轨迹,而且影响企业与员工在第一磨合期的认知度和融合度。处在日新月异的信息时代,面对思想超级活跃的新生代人群,入职培训工作仍以传统的模式和内容进行,显然难以收到满意的效果。本文以绍兴供电公司2013年入职培训为例,从地(市)级供电企业层面探讨了新形势下入职培训工作的改进思路与实践过程。
On-the-job training is the first lesson for new employees to enter the workplace. How the effectiveness of training not only involves the career trajectory of new employees, but also affects the recognition and integration of enterprises and employees during the first-run-in period. In the rapidly changing information age, in the face of a super-active generation of new-generation people, induction training is still conducted in a traditional mode and content. Obviously, it is difficult to receive satisfactory results. This paper takes the induction training of Shaoxing Power Supply Company in 2013 as an example to discuss the improvement train of thought and practice of induction training under the new situation from the level of municipal (city) power supply enterprises.
