基于学员需求的企业职工培训服务体系构建

企业职工培训是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是提高国民综合素质和企业综合竞争力的有效途径,培训服务是串联培训环节、实现培训目的,保证培训质量的关键。本文从我国企业职工培训面临的困境入手,分析了学员需求在培训服务体系中的重要地位,并基于马斯洛需求层次理论探讨了学员培训需求的构成要素,提出培训服务体系必须围绕培训需求分析、培训服务体系、培训效果评价三方面构建,方可实现既定培训目的。 The training of enterprise staff and workers is an important part of China’s lifelong education system and an effective way to improve the overall quality of the people and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Training service is the key to train the training program in series. Based on the predicament faced by the enterprise staff training in our country, this paper analyzes the important position of the student demand in the training service system and explores the components of the trainee training demand based on the Maslow hierarchy of needs. It is suggested that the training service system must focus on the training needs analysis , Training service system, evaluation of the effectiveness of training three aspects of construction, to achieve the intended training purposes.
