课程实施是课程改革的关键环节,深入分析和总结西北地区思想品德课程实施中存在的问题及其原因,对深化思品课程改革具有重要意义。调查发现,西北地区思想品德课程实施中存在着教师素质能力不高,学校对思想品德课程支持不足,课程实施环境相对封闭,课程文本的实用性不强,课程评价的应试化导向,思想品德教师发展受限,课程资源匮乏等诸多问题。
Curriculum implementation is the key link of the curriculum reform. It is of great significance to deeply analyze and summarize the problems existing in the implementation of the ideological and moral courses in Northwest China and their causes.
