随着时代的发展,国家的政策也在不断的变化,国家鼓励中小型企业、鼓励自主创业,但是在进行企业管理中,如何对企业的员工进行管理是首要任务。思想政治工作是企业管理的重点,企业要想发展,员工是至关重要的,,这样就需要对员工进行人本化教育和管理。在进行政工工作中,一定要维护好员工的切身利益,对员工的心理思想进行及时的了解,如果有不好的思想要及时的对其做政工工作,这样才能保证企业的长久发展。本文主要对政工工作中的人本化教育和管理进行了分析和探究。
With the development of the times, the state’s policies are constantly changing. The state encourages small and medium-sized enterprises and encourages independent entrepreneurship. However, how to manage the employees of enterprises is the top priority in conducting business management. Ideological and political work is the focus of business management, business development, employees are crucial, so that the need for staff-based education and management. In carrying out the work of political work, we must safeguard the immediate interests of employees and conduct timely understanding of employees’ psychological thinking. If we have bad ideas, we should do a good job of political work in time in order to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise. This article mainly analyzes and probes into humanistic education and management in political work.
