卡介苗接种前的结核苗素试验(简称结素试验)和接种后测定阳转的结素试验,多数采用皮内法,即注射1:2000(0.05毫克,5个结素单位)稀释旧结素,在72小时测量局部硬结反应的大小,以纵、横二个直径的平均数作为结素反应大小的数据。此种测量法,各人需测量纵、横二个直径,测后尚需计算其平均数,手续较繁,在基层培训与日常大规模卡介苗普种时较不方便。通过实践,我们模索出简化结素试验测量的方法,现报告于下: 对象与方法:(1)选择产院出生健康新生儿,生后2～3天接种冻干皮内卡介苗,种后12周用5单位旧结素作皮内法试验,72小时测定阳转情况。在测定时比较原纵径+横径2的方法(简称原测量法)与测量纵径
