目的:观察橘核丸对少/弱精子症患者精子质量及生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法:将40例患者随机分为2组各20例,治疗组口服橘核丸、对照组口服五子衍宗丸治疗。观察2组治疗前后精液质量及生精细胞凋亡率变化情况。结果:治疗后2组精子质量各项参数(除对照组精子畸形率项外)均有显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗8周后,精母细胞凋亡率、精子细胞凋亡率均显著下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。橘核丸治疗对各级生精细胞凋亡有显著改善作用。结论:橘核丸能抑制生精细胞及精子凋亡,促进生精细胞及精子的发育和成熟。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tangru pill on sperm quality and apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in patients with less/weak spermatism. Methods: Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases each. The treatment group was treated with Tangru pill and the control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill. The semen quality and apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cells before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, all the parameters of sperm quality in the 2 groups (except for the sperm abnormality rate in the control group) were significantly improved. Compared with before treatment, the differences were significant (P<0.01); after treatment, the two groups were compared. The differences were significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. After treatment for 8 weeks in the treatment group, spermatocyte apoptosis rate and sperm cell apoptosis rate were significantly decreased, and there was a significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.01). The treatment of Tangrui pill has a significant effect on the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells at all levels. Conclusion: Tanghe pill can inhibit the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and sperm, and promote the development and maturation of spermatogenic cells and sperm.
