外包钢-混凝土组合梁在竖向荷载作用下,翼缘板中存在剪力滞后现象。为简化计算,设计中可采用有效翼缘宽度来处理。根据两根外包钢-混凝土组合简支梁试验结果,采用非线性有限元方法对有效翼缘宽度进行分析。外包钢-混凝土组合简支梁有效翼缘宽度的主要影响因素为宽跨比和厚高比,另外,荷载形式、材料强度等对有效翼缘宽度也有一定影响。有效翼缘宽度随荷载大小和沿跨度方向分布均有所变化,弹性和弹塑性阶段有效翼缘宽度大小明显不同。基于数值分析结果,提出了有效翼缘宽度的简化计算式。
Under the action of vertical load, the shearing lag phenomenon exists in the flange plate of the clad-steel-concrete composite beam. To simplify the calculation, the design can be used to deal with the effective width of the flange. According to the test results of two steel-encased concrete-supported simply supported beams, the nonlinear finite element method is used to analyze the effective flange width. The main factors influencing the effective flange width of outsourcing steel-concrete composite simple-supported beams are width-span ratio and thickness-height ratio. In addition, the load form and the strength of material have an impact on the effective flange width. The effective flange width varies with the load size and along the span direction, and the effective flange widths in the elastic and elasto-plastic phases are obviously different. Based on the numerical analysis results, a simplified calculation formula of effective flange width is proposed.
