中国建筑业协会智能建筑专业委员会开展智能建筑设计单位及施工企业的工程量统计工作已经连续四年,此项工作旨在全面了解智能建筑行业的市场规模,促进我国智能建筑行业健康持续发展,为建设主管部门制定政策提供准确的依据。此项工作的开展受到了有关部门和业界的认可与关注,得到了广大委员单位的支持与好评。在智专委2007年年会上,公布了“2007年度委员单位完成工程量统计前50名”名单。会后,本刊记者采访了部分进入完成工程量统计前50名的单位,并于2008年第5期起以《传授成功的真谛共促智能建筑事业的发展》为题进行系列报道,请他们与广大同行分享成功的经验,携手共促智能建筑事业的发展。本期采访的是福建省冠林电子有限公司总经理王龙。王龙,福建省冠林电子有限公司总经理,住房和城乡建设部建筑智能化专家技术委员会专家,全国工商联房地商会 IT 科技中心副主任、国家一级建造师、优秀经理、高级经济师。王龙从事智能化行业已有十余载,从冠林的创建到发展,付出几多汗水,几多辛劳;从市场规划到项目谈判、方案设计以及工程实施都凝结了他丰富的技术和管理经验。作为产品研发工作的负责人,曾主持开发了“新一代智能型门禁系统”、“数字社区公共管理系统”等智能化产品,而这些项目均通过了国家科技部的验收,为公司创造了多项科技成果。曾多次担任福建省“闽江杯”优质工程的评委专家,并参与省内各项智能化标准的拟定工作,为福建省智能化行业的发展做出了积极的贡献。

As the person in charge of product research and development, he has presided over and developed intelligent products such as “new generation intelligent access control system” and “digital community public management system”, which have passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology The company has created a number of scientific and technological achievements.
