空心楼盖作为一种新型的无梁楼盖体系,在节能节材及经济性方面有突出优势。盒状内模空心楼盖由于其刚度在两跨度方向分布均匀、布模灵活、对异型边板适应性强和设计计算效率高的优点,应用最为广泛。本文以实际工程中常见跨度的车库为例,分别按现浇盒装内模空心楼盖和传统主次梁楼盖进行了结构设计,并计算了这两种楼盖的总造价,进行了施工技术和经济性方面的比较。本文可为空心楼盖结构设计和楼盖方案选取提供参考。
