课堂观察是教师参与教学的日常行为,也是教师专业能力发展的一项重要内容。教师恰当选择、设计观察工具、有针才对性的开展课堂观察,可以更深刻的理解课堂教学事件,分析教学事件产生的原因。本文从课前会议、课中记录、课后分析这三个方面来论述课堂观察的方法、技能。
