文章报道了在高体情况下神经生长因子(NGF)对青年(1月龄)和老年(18月龄)小鼠海马突触体内游离钙浓度的影响,以及不同钙浓度条件下,NGF对Ca~(2+)的调节作用。结果表明:(1)不同浓度的NGF对青年小鼠海马突触体内的游离钙离子均无明显作用;(2)只有浓度为10μg/ml的NGF可显著降低老年小鼠海马突触体内游离钙离子浓度(P<0.05);(3)当胞内钙水平较低时.NGF具有升高钙离子浓度的作用,反之,则具有降低钙离子浓度的作用。提示NGF对Ca~(2+)的调节作用呈双向性。
The article reports the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on hippocampal synaptic free calcium concentration in young (1 month old) and old (18 month old) mice under high body conditions, and the effect of NGF on Ca ~ (2+) regulation. The results showed that: (1) NGF at different concentrations had no significant effect on the free calcium in the hippocampal synaptosome of young mice; (2) NGF at a concentration of 10μg / ml could significantly reduce the intracellular free calcium Ion concentration (P <0.05); (3) when the intracellular calcium level is low. NGF has the effect of increasing the concentration of calcium ions, on the contrary, it has the effect of reducing the concentration of calcium ions. The results suggest that NGF has a bidirectional effect on Ca ~ (2+) regulation.
