“双元联合体”是高职院校积极探索校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的具体实践。通过创新与“双元联合体”相适应的内部体制机制、提高成员积极性、推进成员间的文化融合、因地制宜创建校企合作实体等措施,突出院校与合作单位在人才培养过程中的“双主体”地位,将学校和合作单位定位为人才培养的共同承担者,齐心培养合格技术技能人才。
