针对在温度检测系统中电路硬件和测量电路较为复杂、精度不高、易受外界干扰等问题,本文设计了一种以AT89C51单片机为微处理器和DS18B20温度传感器为核心的智能控制系统。设计的内容主要有温度信号采集电路、温度数码显示电路、键盘设置电路、报警电路、光耦合隔离输出电路和加热电路六部分。对每个硬件电路模块编程,然后进行系统的整合,最后输入到控制处理器中实现所有设计功能,利用Proteus软件实现了仿真。仿真结果表明该方法效果好,为温度的智能控制提供了一种新方法。
Aiming at the problems that the circuit hardware and the measuring circuit are more complicated, the accuracy is not high and the external disturbances are easily encountered in the temperature detecting system, this paper designs an intelligent control system with AT89C51 as the microprocessor and DS18B20 temperature sensor as the core. The main contents of the design of the temperature signal acquisition circuit, temperature digital display circuit, keyboard setting circuit, alarm circuit, optically coupled output circuit isolation and heating circuit six parts. Each hardware circuit module programming, and then the system integration, and finally input to the control processor to achieve all the design features, the use of Proteus software simulation. The simulation results show that the method is effective and provides a new method for the intelligent control of temperature.
