为适应移动互联网时代的竞争,通信行业积极推进运营模式、管理制度、生产技术等方面的战略转型,这为通信企业赢得市场竞争提供了信心和保障。随着转型的不断深化,企业运营机制得以不断完善,员工的思想也随着企业的转型发生着深刻的变化,成为影响通信企业内部转型的焦点问题。作为通信企业战略转型的主力军,员工能否适应转型需求直接关系到企业的发展,这对转型时期员工思想工作提出了新的要求。
In order to adapt to the competition in the era of mobile Internet, the communications industry has actively promoted the strategic transformation of its operation mode, management system and production technology, which provided confidence and guarantee for the telecommunications enterprises to win market competition.
